Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Marketing (2 positions) - University of South Australia
UniSA has one of Australia's leading Schools of Marketing, home to the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science. The School emphasises experiential learning, engagement with industry, and the use of empirical research to solve real problems faced by marketing practitioners. Its research is directly funded by most of the major consumer goods companies as well as leading manufacturers, retailers and service companies.
We seek two academics to join our School. If you have a passion for research, we offer an unparalleled environment with substantial data archives, research assistant support, conference funding, a weekly seminar series, regular international visitors, and colleagues also devoted to research. You will be prepared to base your teaching on research results, and be committed to preparing students to be capable marketers who can hit the ground running.
We expect you to have a PhD, or to be about to submit your PhD thesis. Journal publications are essential, and we will look for evidence of the potential to publish in "A" journals - that is, the top 25 marketing journals. For a Senior Lecturer position, we expect substantial experience as a lecturer, and evidence of academic leadership.
