Permission

Permission is granted to individuals to make a single print or copy of a single article for personal reference. However, written authorisation from the Editor is required for multiple copying of articles or the copying of an entire journal issue.

Subscriptions

Requests for an ANZMAC annual membership subscription (which includes an AMJ subscription) to www.anzmac.org

Note that an ANZMAC annual membership subscription is provided to all delegates of the annual ANZMAC conference as part of the registration fee.

To request an AMJ only subscription, please complete and send the form (available in the back of the current journal issue or for download from the journal homepage).

Advertising

The Editor welcomes enquiries for advertising in the journal of goods and services that offer value to the ANZMAC community of researchers.

Ad hoc reviewers

The following people have devoted time and specialist knowledge and expertise to reviewing manuscripts for the AMJ, and have thus served the Editorial Board of the journal. For this we wish to record our appreciation and acknowledge their contribution to the success of the AMJ.
